Who we are
Colorado Springs Mold Pros is a free quote service. We connect homeowners, renters and landlords in Colorado Springs and the Pikes Peak region with independent local mold inspection and remediation companies. We do not perform mold work. See the about page.
Information we collect
When you use the quote form, we collect what you type: your name, phone number, email address, ZIP code, the service you are asking about, and any details you add about the problem. Only your name and phone number are required.
The form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which may process technical signals from your browser and device to tell people from bots. Submissions are delivered by email through Cloudflare to the site operator. Cloudflare processes that data under its own privacy policy at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
We use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are read. It sets cookies and collects standard technical data such as your approximate location, device and browser type, and the pages you visit. You can block it with browser settings or Google’s opt-out tools; the quote form works without it.
How we use it
- To read your request and match it with companies that serve your area.
- To share your request with one or more independent local mold inspection or remediation companies so they can contact you about a quote.
- To follow up about the request you made.
Who we share it with
Your request is shared with the independent companies matched to it. They are separate businesses with their own privacy practices, and they may be charged a fee to receive requests. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else except as required by law.
Calls and texts
By submitting the form, you agree that we and the companies we share your request with may call, text or email you at the contact details you provide about your request. Message and data rates may apply. You can ask any of us to stop at any time.
How long we keep it
Quote requests are kept as long as needed to handle them and for ordinary business records, then deleted.
Deletion and your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. Call Call (719) 642-1761 or send a note through the quote form saying what you’d like done. Please also contact any company that reached out to you, since it holds its own copy of your request.
Children
This site is for adults arranging home services. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
